OUR RETURN POLICY FOR FLASH PRODUCTS:

DOA and Defective items will be replaced with an identical item upon return of the defective item. We will make a replacement or credit depending on our inventory at that time. Defective items must be notified to us within 7 days of the date you received it. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance when returning items. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.

Please note if you have to return, you must return the package in its original condition. If the retail package has been opened or used, and item being returned for a refund is not defective, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

S/H & Insurance charges are non-refundable.
